sudo rpm --import https://repos.azul.com/azul-repo.key
sudo curl -o /etc/yum.repos.d/zing.repo https://repos.azul.com/zing/rhel/zing.repo
sudo yum install zing-jdk11.0.0
mkdir ~/.zing curl -o ~/.zing/license https://trial-licenses.azul.com/redeem/<Zing_Trial_Token>
Once you performed all installation steps, you can start running your Java applications with Zing as follows:
java version "18.104.22.168.101" 2019-07-24 LTS Zing Runtime Environment for Java Applications 19.07.0.0+3 (product build 22.214.171.124.101+12-LTS) Zing 64-Bit Tiered VM 19.07.0.0+3 (product build 126.96.36.199.101-zing_19.07.0.0-b4-product-linux-X86_64, mixed mode)
(you might want to set the
JAVA_HOME environment variable to point to the Zing installation directory, e.g.
$ export JAVA_HOME=/opt/zing/zing-jdk11).
After you verified Zing installation, proceed with the post-installation steps.
