Azul® Zulu Mission Control is a tool for managing, monitoring, profiling, and troubleshooting Java applications running in a JVM.

Zulu Mission Control consists of the following components:

  • JVM Browser displays running JVMs and Java applications.
  • JMX Console provides real-time data about memory and processor usage, garbage collections, thread activity, etc. and allows you to monitor and manage a running JVM instance. It connects to Java processes running locally on your computer or remotely via a JMX agent URL.
  • Flight Recorder records information about the JVM and its environment while it is running.
