What’s new

  • From GCLA 25.06.0, you can now change the name of your GCLA window. To do so, simply navigate to View > Rename Window in the title bar. This opens a window where you can type your new name for the GCLA window. The GCLA window’s name persists even when you open a new GC log file.

If you want to change the name of the window to the name of the current GC log file (the default name), simply navigate back to View > Rename Window in the title bar, where the name of the GC Log file appears in the text window.

  • Two new fields from GC logs, InterruptedCompiles and CompileRequestsNotSent, have been added as new charts in the Tier 2 Compiler Counts chart under the CNC Compiler Statistics section. These fields are reported to GC logs since Zing 24.12.0.0 and stable 24.08.201.0.

The new information recorded in GC logs tells you when and how many compile requests were interrupted and/or not sent by the Cloud Native Compiler (CNC) client.
