What’s new

  • GCLA 26.04.0 adds a pop-up menu feature that appears when the application cannot automatically determine the format of your log file, allowing you to manually select the correct format.

Previously, if GCLA couldn’t identify the GC log format or detected multiple possible formats, the application would sometimes fail to open the GC log life. Closing out this popup menu without manually selecting a GC log format can cause the same previous error.

  • The chart Total Times, in the section CNC Compiler Statistics, now includes Actual CPU Time and Cached CPU Time data points. This is done to be in line with Zing 26.02.101.0, which records actual CPU time and cached CPU time separately in the GC log. In previous Zing versions, these data points were recorded under the same CPU Time, which can lead to misleading information in the GC log.

  • The GCLA auto-analysis page now tells you if there is nothing to report.

  • GCLA 26.04.0 includes the VM Id from Cloud Native Compiler in the Summary page.
