Includes bug fixes for Optimizer Hub 26.08.1.

Related to eMudhra Intermediate CA Compromise, the JDK and Docker base images are updated. There are no changes in the Optimizer Hub functionality.

The optional gw-proxy component in the Optimizer Hub Helm chart uses Envoy 1.35, which contains known security vulnerabilities. We recommend replacing gw-proxy with your own load balancer or ingress, see Using your Own Load Balancer. If you keep using gw-proxy, check which Envoy version your deployment runs.

Envoy 1.40.1 contains fixes for these vulnerabilities. Azul has not yet validated it with Optimizer Hub, so if you decide to use it, test it in a non-production environment first. A Helm chart update with a newer Envoy version will be available soon.
